1. Do you offer any gift-wrapping of gift card service?
We don't currently offer any gift-wrapping or gift card services when sending your order as a gift. However, both gift-wrapping and gift cards will be something we will be trialing in the near future.
2. Do you use ‘real’ gold on your product?
Yes, we certainly do, 22 carat gold paint.
3. What is your recommended care instruction?
We recommend reading our Care Guide for information regarding our products.

5. What are my payment options?
We currently take card payments via Visa and MasterCard.
6. When will I receive my order?
If you placed your order by 4pm, it will be dispatched next day, orders place after 4pm will be delivered within 1 -2 working day. Items are sent via APC and will normally arrive within 1-3 working days.
7. How will I know if my order is on the way?
You will receive an automated email once you have placed your order, and another when it is on its way. Alternatively, you can Log-in to your account and view the status of your order there.
8. What if I want to cancel or amend my order before it is dispatched?

9. What if I want to return an item?
You are able to return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in the original, unworn/unused condition. You are entitled to a replacement, exchange or refund, minus the original postage cost.

To return an item, send it back to the address bellow in a plastic mailing bag (ideally the one you received the item in) using ROYAL MAIL 1st CLASS SIGNED FOR service. Please keep hold of your proof of postage. Once we have received the item back, your refund will be processed within 2 working days of the item being received by us. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
